CAREER DAY

The following information will help you prepare for Career Day.

  • All participants must sign and bring the Confirmation Pass/Career Day Expectations Sheet to attend Career Day.
  • Students under age 16 must have an accompanying, paying adult chaperone. One adult chaperone can supervise more than one student. Students who show up without an adult chaperone will NOT be able to participate in the event.
  • This event is designed for student participants and their chaperones. Siblings/family members and other guests will not be allowed to participate in this event. They are welcome to tour the park, with paid admission, separately while participants and chaperones participate in Career Day activities.
  • Be sure to dress for the weather. Activities will be outside for a portion of the day. Raincoats, backpacks and sturdy shoes are recommended.
  • Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the first session begins at 10:00 a.m.
  • You may bring lunch with you or eat at Trek’s Café. If you plan to buy lunch, please stop by the Café and pre-order your lunch before the first session.
  • Participants and parents/chaperones will be traveling through the day’s events together. Chaperones are required to stay with students under the age of 16.
  • Visit www.nwtrek.org for directions to the park.
  • If you are unable to attend Career Day please contact Jessica Moore at 360-832-7160 or jessica.moore@nwtrek.org as soon as possible. This will allow your spot to be filled by someone on the waiting list.
